What To Avoid If You Have Eyelash Extensions

Eyelash extensions can make you feel more glamorous than you thought possible. You will look like you were born with the most perfectly curled lashes. And you look that way 24 hours a day!
On the other hand: they’re a high maintenance, time extensive, and not exactly cheap.
This is a bare-face appointment
You must avoid: mascara, waterproof eye makeup, oily skin care, and eye cream. Basically don’t use anything that could interfere with the glue. You’ll only can get them wet 24 hours post session time the adhesive needs to dry completely. Some artists recommends avoiding waterproof eye makeup for up to a week before your appointment. Because It leaves an invisible film that will keep the lashes from adhering fully.
It will take time
Up to two hours! Eyelash extensions take a long time , especially if you’re going for a refill.
Customized extensions
Eyelash extensions are expensive starting around $120 for the basics and up to $300 for the best. It’s because everyone’s eyes are different that means your lashes are unique. Most eyelashes studios have a menu to help and guide you to the look you’re looking for.
