Keep them dry After Application
Your eyelash extension glue need a full 24 hours to set. Depending on its quality, some glue even may need up to 48 hours.
During this time you must avoid excessive heat like saunas, Bikram yoga classes, or whatever you do to work up a sweat. Once this setting time has passed, you just have to make sure to brush them after washing your face so that they keep their shape.
Stop Using Oil-Based Products
Oil is an enemy of the eyelash adhesive and can shorten the life of your extensions. Avoid it at all costs.
Avoid Waterproof Mascara
The truth is, you won’t even need mascara. But, if you still want to wear it, apply it only to the tip because it could damage the adhesive at the base of your lash line. Waterproof mascaras can be pretty harsh, and could end up costing you lost extensions.
Don’t Pull at Them
By the third or fourth week, you may notice more fallout than usual. you must avoid the urge to tug at the remaining extensions to prevent damage to your natural lashes. If you need to remove them at home do it by filling a bowl with hot water, then place your face over the surface and allow the steam to loosen them.Then sweep a cotton ball dipped in olive oil over your lashes, and the extensions should easily slide off.
